Clint Long... has been appraising real estate in the Nashville and Middle Tennessee since 1991 and his real estate background dates back to 1970 when he obtained his real estate license (Brokers License in 1975) and changed his business major at the University of Tennessee to real estate. His informal appraisal background started in 1972 when he did the field work on Fannie Mae appraisals for a mortgage company.
